The Ontario Pharmacists Association’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Wednesday, June 17, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed by an engaging Open Forum. All members are invited to attend. Eligible voting members* may submit questions, make or second motions, and vote during the AGM.
Meeting Agenda
The meeting will be held for the purpose of:
- Receiving the minutes of the previous AGM
- Receiving the report from the CEO
- Receiving Board committee reports
- Receiving the 2025 audited financial statements
- Appointing the auditors for the 2026 fiscal year
- Ratifying Board election results and approving the 2026-2027 slate of OPA Board Directors
- Transacting any other business properly brought before the meeting
Material for the meeting will be distributed in advance of June 17, 2026.
Registration
- Registration is mandatory and will close 48 hours before the meeting. A Zoom link and voting instructions will be emailed to registrants within 24 hours prior to the AGM.
- All members are welcome to attend. Only eligible voting members* may submit motions, ask questions, and vote during the meeting.

Immediately following the AGM, members are invited to join an engaging Open Forum with OPA’s leadership team. This is a valuable opportunity to reflect on the past year, explore key issues affecting the profession, and discuss OPA’s strategic priorities for the year ahead.
Members are welcome to submit questions during the Open Forum discussion.
Questions for the Open Forum
Questions submitted through the form below will be shared with OPA’s Senior Leadership Team and addressed during the Open Forum following the AGM. We will do our best to answer all questions as time permits.
* “Voting Member” means an individual who has been a Full Member, Honourary Member, Pharmacy Technician Member or Hospital Pharmacist Member in good standing for a period of not less than ninety (90) days prior to the date of an Annual Meeting, a General Meeting or Annual Meeting where Voting Members are to vote on any matter, with no Dues or Fees unpaid and outstanding. To be eligible to vote in 2026, members must have been in good standing since at least March 19, 2026.
“Full Member” means an individual who is duly licensed by OCP as a pharmacist in Ontario and who:
- has applied for and been accepted as a Member;
- is ordinarily resident in Ontario; and
- is up to date in respect of Dues and Fees.
