Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Technician Student Memberships

Pharmacy technicians are playing a more important role than ever, and your membership in the Ontario Pharmacists Association is the best way to stay up-to-date with the tools and information that will help you support your patients, while helping to reinforce the important role of technicians on the healthcare team.

To determine your membership type, please base your selection on your practice or academic standing as of January 1 of the membership year (e.g., January 1, 2017 for the 2017 membership year).

Pharmacy technicians

If you are a pharmacy technician licensed with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

Note: If you are in the process of being licensed but are not yet listed on the College's public register, you may be required to provide proof of pre-registration.

Pharmacy technician students

If you are are currently completing a pharmacy technician program at one of Ontario's colleges.

Pharmacy assistant

If you are working full time as a pharmacy assistant, and are not registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists or attending school to become a pharmacy technician, please click here.

Ontario Pharmacists Association memberships may be cancelled at any time, however membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Requests made in writing within 10 calendar days of purchase may be considered, however, in all cases, an administration fee of 10 per cent of the membership fee (plus HST) will be charged.
