To determine your membership type, please base your selection on your academic standing on January 1 of the new membership year (e.g., January 1, 2017 for the 2017 memberhsip year).

Ontario Pharmacists Association memberships may be cancelled at any time, however membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
