Year after year, several families would come to my pharmacy because of how gentle my flu shot delivery was the year before. When I moved locations, those families continued to visit during flu seasons for their annual vaccine. It meant a lot to me that I was having such a positive impact on these families. There’s something special about knowing you are making a difference in the lives of your patients.
