Julee Joseph is a respected leader in pharmacy practice and education, with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in hospital pharmacy practice and 24 years as an educator.  At Centennial College, she has been instrumental in shaping the profession by mentoring and providing generations of technicians with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to deliver exceptional patient care. Her ongoing work in inpatient pharmacy services at Unity Health, Providence Healthcare, ensures her teaching is deeply rooted in current practice.


As a passionate champion of the pharmacy technician role, Julee currently serves on the Ontario College of Pharmacists’ Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Registrant Reference Group. She previously represented the Canadian Pharmacy Technician Educators Association on the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs, where she advocated for inclusive and forward-thinking standards in pharmacy education.


Julee’s collaborative work with the University of Toronto has brought pharmacy and pharmacy technician students together in innovative, interdisciplinary learning environments. Her contributions include three landmark initiatives: “Virtual Immersive Simulations to Promote Practice Readiness to Full Scope”, “Experiential Opportunities for Students from Underrepresented Communities”, and “Bridging the Gap”—a groundbreaking event that united over 300 students in a shared, patient-centered learning experience.


At the core of Julee’s work is a steadfast belief in the transformative power of education. Whether in the classroom, the hospital, or the broader community, she approaches each day as an opportunity to support a patient, uplift a student, and advance the profession she proudly serves.
