Sera Lee was elected to the Board of Directors for the Ontario Pharmacists Association as the Student Observer in June 2018.
Sera is a 2021 PharmD candidate at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. At school, she has taken active roles on both class and student council and helps students embrace pharmacy compounding skills through COMPPS (compounding opportunity and mentorship program for pharmacy students). While completing her undergraduate studies at McMaster University, Sera held many leadership roles on campus groups such as McMaster Science Society, Kids4Kids, and the McMaster Pre-Pharmacy Society where she advocated for the profession and helped fellow students pursue their pharmacy goals.
Born in Seoul, Korea and raised in Trenton, Ontario, Sera has been involved in pharmacy practice throughout her undergraduate career and gained consistent experience in her hometown's Trenton Pharmacy. Currently, she practices community pharmacy in North York in the course of her pharmacy schooling. Sera is devoted to the profession and enthusiastic about exploring the many avenues of pharmacy practice. Her commitment and experience demonstrate her passion to represent the student body in the profession through her role on OPA's Board of Directors.
