Pharmacy professionals are in a unique position to support access to immunizations for respiratory virus protection due to their accessibility and the strong trust that patients have in them. This quick-reference chart is designed to support pharmacy professionals with counselling and educating their patients on recommended respiratory virus vaccines, including influenza, COVID-19, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), pneumococcal disease, pertussis, and Haemophilus influenza type B (Hib). It summarizes the who, what, when, where, and why of vaccination to help guide patient discussions and promote vaccine confidence.
