With the continual evolution of the pharmacy practice, pharmacy technicians play a vital role in dispensing and initiating conversations with patients on new pharmacy products and services. This program was designed to teach pharmacy technicians how to navigate new and existing pharmacy services with their manager and owner to implement business and patient care opportunities. In addition, participants will learn how to establish relationships with their patients that will ensure they return to their store more often.
