This two and a half day program provides evidence-based information on the management of cardiovascular conditions, with the goal of improving patient care for these patients. Current, practical information is provided through lecture sessions, and small group, case discussions on the following topics:

physiology / anatomy    risk factors for cardiovascular disease    anticoagulation    angina / myocardial infarction    congestive heart failure    arrhythmias    stroke    cardiac rehabilitation
